Sachie -  I started taking English conversation lessons about 8 months ago.  To begin with, I was worried that there might be something lacking in the learning process when taking classes by video conference however I have found that to the contrary, because the sound is not distorted and travels straight to my headphones, my listening ability has improved really quickly. 

 

The lesson materials include a textbook and a workbook and I have found that after lessons the books are also good training materials to improve my vocabulary and review the chapters covered.

 

Until recently I have been taking general conversation lessons however because I need English for my work, my instructor recommended me to take business English and I am therefore going to challenge myself at a higher level.  There is a certain appeal in taking lessons that match your learning requirements. 

 

Lisa speaks Japanese very well so the set up for lessons and any difficult explanations were in Japanese so it gave me peace of mind when I first became a student.

 

It is really efficient to learn when I have the time to.  I match my schedule with the school opening times and because I am not stuck with the same time or date every week for lessons I can book exactly when I want to.  I have a great time studying.  Lessons are fun and the instructor is easy going and conscientious.  My goal is to continue to try and make the most out of every class and gradually improve my English so I can use it in the workplace.

Panasonic Employee, Japan - To apply for MBA courses in the USA and in England you not only have to have the ability to write English you also have to appeal to the academic staff of the university that you are intending to attend.  Japanese students have been known to really come up short when preparing such documents.

Mother and daughter (6 years old) -  I am so glad that we found BeGlobal Language School.........because we learn over the internet, we can continue to study even though we move fairly frequently.  What is more, we can choose our own lesson times.  It fits into my family's lifestyle perfectly.  Our instructor puts together an easy-to-understand lesson which is appropriate for my daughter and I.  Even though we study at home we are having lots of fun learning English.  The lesson fees are reasonable and I don't have to take time to travel to lessons. 

 

My daughter's lesson is so much fun for me too.  Children have no fears and have a great time learning new languages.  The instructor always praises my daughter which makes her study even harder.  During the week she repeats back what she had learned during the lesson.  I also have such a lot of fun on lesson days. It is exciting and fun to be able to communicate outside of Japan.  I want to continue to learn like this.
